The Swift KF4 Fusion Splicer is a compact, lightweight, and high-precision active-cladding alignment fiber optic splicing machine built for FTTH, metro, and access network deployments. It delivers a fast 7-second splice time and 13-second heater cycle, helping you work efficiently in the field. With a rugged design that resists shock (76 cm drop), dust, and mild water ingress (IP-rated), and a high-capacity lithium battery that supports up to 200 splice + heat cycles, the KF4 is ideal for mobile technicians. It supports fibers ranging from 0.25 mm to 3.0 mm in coated diameter, and stores up to 5,000 splice records with images. Typical splice loss is very low — about 0.02 dB for single-mode — and its electrodes last for tens of thousands of arcs, making the Swift KF4 a reliable, budget-friendly splicer for demanding installation and maintenance work.
